Froggie Goes to Town

Page 2: Froggie and his friend were sunning themselves. He said to his friend, "I hear the flies are big in town. I think I will go there."

Page 3: "But how will you go to town?" asked his friend. "I will hop on a truck," he replied, and off he went to find one.

Page 4: Soon a truck came down the road. Froggie tried to jump on but he jumped too far. Away went the truck without Froggie.

Page 5: "Now how will you go to town?" asked his friend. "I will hide in a man's bag," he replied, and off he went to do so.

Page 6: The next morning when the man went to town, he forgot his bag. Away went the man without Froggie.

Page 7: "Now how will you go to town?" asked his friend. "I will ride in the bags of cloves that are going to town," he replied, and off he went to hide in them.

Page 8: But the truck was so full that all the bags would not fit. Away went the bags of cloves without Froggie.
